of team members that collectively bring over fifty years of management, information technology, and security experience; all
of whom have outstanding track records and are Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP), Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Experts, and Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP).

INFORMATION SECURITY
PLIANT provides full-lifecycle Information Security services which includes: IT security Information
Assurance; Architecture; Compliance; Monitoring and Auditing
Our full spectrum IT security and information assurance services provide comprehensive network defense, continuous monitoring of endpoints and critical assets, and rapid incident response to assure that organization data is safeguarded. We architect, implement, monitor, and audit key controls to ensure compliance with regulations including FISMA, GLBA, PCI, SOX, HIPAA, and ISO 27001/27002.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
IT Service Support Management (ITSSM) – We help our clients with processes and functions that correlate with the activities of the broader IT support organization. We use tools to help leverage the business view of IT services, enabling the IT support organization to better prioritize and quickly resolve or escalate issues and problems, and improve root cause isolation.
PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The PLIANT team consists of the right people, knowledge, skills and collaborative behaviors to manage and execute projects of all sizes with low/high-impact, low/high-visibility.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
We help our clients create, document, integrate and/or improve business, people, and operational
processes. Our quality is rigid but our flexible methodologies and approaches help our clients react
to changing business situations; adjust to change agents; and continuously improve existing
processes.
TRAINING
The PLIANT team provides end-to-end services for training that covers classroom setup and tear
down, catering, materials production and distribution, tools and equipment inventory management,
and attendance reports and roster management.
